Just follow these steps-
5800 plays mp4 videos with the following settings
Video : 640X360.
Video Bitrate : 1204 kbps – 1650 kbps.
Audio Bitrate : 128.
Codec / Format: MPEG4 only and not H.264.
aspect ratio:16:9 wide screen.
Use any video converter you want with the above settings the videos will work fine..
