if u want to change only a wallpaper and a screen saver. they are simply pictures, so u go and download any wallpaper for spider man , then on ur phone click the picture options and set it as a background or a screensaver, and for a moving screen saver you can google for animated pictures in the format of .gif or .swf (for mobiles).
if u want a full theme for spider man(changing the icons,sounds,wallpaper and other stuff),. u can google depending on ur mobile manufacturer, for nokia.. there’s .nth extensions.
if you have problems with installing the wallpaper on your mobile, you can use either one of these methods.
