I just bought the Rumor Touch from Virgin Mobile and so does it have the changing themes? I know the Sprint version has it but does the Virgin Mobile type have it? Can I download the themes off the Sprint website and transfer it on my phone somehow?

The changing themes isn’t for the actual screen, it’s only for the Hello UI that you can access by pressing the phone button. Up in the top right there should be a button for settings. Click on that, and you can choose to use the themes. It changes by the season.
