Simply said, this phone is almost over 5 years old now and simply does NOT have the hardware requirement for Windows Mobile 5 or 6. While it's NOT impossible to install Windows Mobile 5 or 6 in it, you can expect to have an excessively slow phone which would probably take 5 minutes just to load the OS. If that's not enough, you're looking at working on your XDA with slow step, waiting for the OS reply to your actions. So, again, unless you want to spend minutes waiting for the OS to do whatever you asked it to do and, don't upgrade. You will be deeply dissatisfied.
